Process Specialist – Employee Data Management
Role Overview :
As a Process Specialist in the Employee Data Management team within HR Operations, you will be responsible for executing HR-related transactions in the SAP system. This includes managing processes such as new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, time and attendance tracking, and generating letters and reports. You will report directly to the Team Lead.
Skills & Experience Requirements :
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline with 2–5 years of experience in BPO operations,
preferably in Chinese / Mandarin language processes.
Prior experience in Insurance or BFSI domains and interest in HR processes is preferred.
Strong communication skills in Chinese and English, with a customer-focused approach and sense of urgency.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel); exposure to ServiceNow is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
Process HR transactions accurately in SAP, including onboarding, exits, transfers, and promotions.
Manage and resolve HR-related queries and incidents through the ServiceNow ticketing system.
Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) for timeliness and quality.
Maintain high standards of customer service excellence and resolve data-related issues efficiently.
Achieve process and transaction accuracy while meeting deadlines.
