Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Management Specialist to work on university data. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, updating, and maintaining accurate university information, while organizing this data across multiple tools. You will play an important role in ensuring that our teams have structured, up-to-date, and reliable data, enabling smooth operations and better decision-making. This position is ideal for freshers who want to start their career in data operations, research, and digital workflows

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct web research to collect and update accurate university data.
• Organize and maintain structured data using Excel, Google Sheets, and internal tools.
• Perform basic data interpretation to identify key information or trends.
• Prepare simple visual summaries or reports to support team insights.
• Share regular task updates and collaborate with the operations team.
