The Accounts Payable team at Roblox provides financial and administrative support within the Finance and Accounting department. We are seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Processor to support the payments process, including control of expenses by receiving payments, and processing, verifying and reconciling invoices. This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Gurugram office and reports to the Accounts Payable Manager.

Shift Time : 2 : 00pm - 10 : 30pm IST (Cabs will be provided)

You will :

• Help with full-cycle accounts payable processing at scale including invoices and expense reports.
• Ensure that the payables are current and that all data is entered correctly.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and work with vendors regarding issues relating to invoices and payments.
• Help manage AP email inboxes to ensure that internal service level agreements and KPI's are met and inquiries are responded to timely.
• Communicate with internal partners across the business and external parties with a high degree of customer service.
• Support AP department with special projects and ad hoc requests.
