Job description

Our client is looking for a Senior Quant Researcher to join their high-calibre team and build the next generation of trading systems.

What You Will Do :

  • Design, develop, and improve quantitative trading strategies on proprietary platforms.
  • Analyse large-scale financial datasets to identify patterns and alpha.
  • Work closely with traders and developers to optimise performance.
  • Build predictive models for market behaviour.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, including interns.

What We Are Looking For :

  • 25 years of experience in quantitative research or related roles.
  • Strong programming skills, especially in C++ or C.
  • Comfortable with Linux, Python, and shell scripting.
  • Degree in CS, Math, Physics, or Engineering from a top institution.
  • Deep analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in HFT / startups is a plus.
  • Self-driven, curious, and team-oriented.
