Primary skills :     Oracle HRMS , Oracle Workflow, XML / BI Publisher, RDF Reports ,SQL / PL SQL

Qualification :      Any Technical Degree

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement business solutions in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS (R12).
• Develop and support Payroll and Core HR integrations, data conversions, customizations, extensions, and personalizations.
• Build and maintain PL / SQL packages, procedures, functions, and database objects.
• Develop and enhance XML / BI Publisher and RDF reports, and build interfaces into the HRMS system.
• Work on Payroll processing, prepayment, costing, and transfer to GL.
• Support modules including Core HR, Payroll, PMS, OLM, SSHR, OTL, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure successful implementation and support of HRMS solutions.
