Institutional Equities Back Office Operations

We are seeking a seasoned and well-experienced Institutional Equities Back Office Specialist to manage and oversee the operational aspects of our Institutional clientele for their Cash and Futures & Options segments. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth trade processing, compliance adherence, client coordination, and system management to support the firm's trading activities.

LOCATION : Goregaon MUMBAI

Key Responsibilities :

Trade Operations and Settlement :

• Execute and oversee the trade process for Institutional clientele cash and F&O transactions. Independently manage daily intraday and end-of-day files for the institutional clients.
• Ensure accurate and timely settlement of trades by coordinating with clients and clearing custodians.

Client Management; Compliance and Regulatory Adherence :

System Testing and Implementation; co-ordination and support :

Reporting and Documentation; Reconciliation and Record Maintenance :

Qualifications (Min 2 years + of experience) :
