Job description

About the Role :

We’re seeking a Fund Manager with a minimum of 3 years of investment experience to drive deal sourcing, diligence, and portfolio operations within our PE / VC fund.

Key Responsibilities :

Source, evaluate, and structure investments.
Conduct due diligence & prepare investment memos.
Manage portfolio monitoring and performance reporting.
Support fund operations, accounting, and LP communications.
Coordinate with external administrators and vendors.
Mentor junior team members.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree; MBA / CFA / CA preferred.

Atleast 3 years in PE, VC, IB, or M&A.

Strong modelling and analytical skills.

Familiarity with fund operations and accounting.

Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
