DIGITAL SOLUTIONS ANALYST

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes to clearly illustrate site functionality and appearance
• Create original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and tables
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems such as responsiveness issues
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and usability testing
• Adhere to style standards for fonts, colors, and images
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and integration with external data sources using Power Automate and connectors
• Stay up to date with the latest UI / UX trends, techniques, and technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and developers
• Document application components, configurations, and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks
