Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Executive to focus on membership sales and client retention. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into long-term studio members, ensuring a warm and professional experience for every client, and maintaining high engagement levels within the Athayog community.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound and outbound membership inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Convert trial class participants and inquiries into active members.
- Maintain follow-ups with potential clients and track progress through CRM or internal tools.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with existing members to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Coordinate with the front desk and teaching team to ensure smooth client onboarding and communication.
- Achieve monthly membership targets and support marketing campaigns through timely follow-ups.
- Prepare and share weekly sales performance reports with management.

Bachelor’s degree1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in fitness, yoga, or wellness spacesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with clients from varied backgrounds.
