Job description

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Thane

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations and financial activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, Tally Prime, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting activities using Tally Prime and ERP systems
  • Manage accounts receivable, payable, and student fee collections
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain petty cash records
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and related financial regulations
  • Support audits and prepare financial reports
  • Coordinate payroll processing with the HR team
  • Prepare weekly financial updates and monthly profit & loss statements

Requirements:

  • B.Com, M.Com, or Finance/Accounting qualification
  • 2–5 years of accounting experience (education or service industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and advanced Excel functions
  • Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Mumbai-based candidates preferred
