Job Title: Copy Director Location: Worli, Mumbai (On-site) Role Overview: We are looking for a visionary Copy Director to lead creative strategy, drive high-impact campaigns, and oversee the end-to-end creative output. This role involves guiding teams, shaping brand narratives, and delivering innovative, business-driven creative solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead creative strategy, concept development, and campaign execution. - Drive and oversee the creative pitching process and high-impact ideas. - Review and approve all content to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment. - Guide teams in developing innovative and effective creative solutions. - Vet and approve final deliverables and client presentations. - Act as the ultimate point of contact for creative escalations. - Drive innovation, identify new opportunities, and contribute to business growth. - Collaborate across teams and agencies to deliver integrated solutions. - Oversee resource planning, team utilization, and workflow efficiency. - Build strong client relationships and lead strategic discussions. - Lead team growth through mentoring, hiring, and capability development. - Ensure adherence to timelines, benchmarks, and internal processes.
