NMDPL : Navbharat Mega Developers Pvt. Ltd. (NMDPL) is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) formed through a joint venture between the Government of Maharashtra and the Adani Group. It leads the Dharavi Redevelopment Project, aiming to transform one of Asia's largest informal settlements into a modern urban hub with sustainable housing, infrastructure, and economic opportunities.
Job Purpose : The Incharge - Business Development is responsible for supporting business development initiatives by identifying and evaluating opportunities, conducting market research, assisting in deal structuring, and coordinating due diligence activities. This role works closely with senior team members to ensure smooth execution of transactions while maintaining alignment with the organization's growth strategy.
Responsibilities
Business Development Manager
Market Research & Opportunity Identification
Conduct market research for joint venture, and asset acquisition opportunities.
Track regional real estate trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics to support decision-making.
Build and maintain a network with local brokers, IPCs, and industry stakeholders to source potential deals.
Transaction Support & Due Diligence
Assist in preparing initial feasibility studies, financial analysis, and presentations for senior management.
Support legal, technical, and financial due diligence processes by coordinating with internal teams and external consultants.
Ensure that all documentation related to transactions is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Deal Execution & Coordination
Work closely with internal teams (finance, legal, and technical) to facilitate smooth execution of business transactions.
Support negotiations by preparing reports, summarizing key deal terms, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Monitor project progress and update stakeholders on key developments and timelines.
Process Management & Compliance
Ensure adherence to internal processes, approvals, and regulatory requirements for business development activities.
Maintain structured documentation and databases for ongoing and potential business development opportunities.
Provide regular updates to the Lead - Business Development on market insights, deal progress, and challenges.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification :
B.Tech and MBA / PGDM preferably with a specialization in Finance, Business Development, or Real Estate.
Work Experience (Range Of Years)
More than 15 Years
Preferred Industry
Experience in real estate business development, acquisitions, and deal structuring. Proven track record of executing large-scale real estate transactions and maintaining a strong industry network
