Business Development (Sales) Internship in Pune

This is not a social media posting gig. You will build real demand for a 10-minute home services brand across urban Indian neighborhoods. You will run campaigns, test offers, track economics, and iterate faster than anyone around you. If you think marketing is about Canva templates, this is not for you.

What You Will Own

• Plan and execute hyperlocal campaigns across housing societies, streets, and micro-zones
• Run and optimize performance marketing across Meta and Google with real budget responsibility
• Design and test offer structures, referral loops, and first-booking funnels
• Execute offline activations: pamphlets, society tie-ups, on-ground distribution
• Track CAC, conversion rates, and campaign ROI weekly — every rupee accounted for
• Build launch playbooks for new hub expansions
