We are looking for a dynamic Interior Business Manager to lead client interactions, drive sales closures, oversee design quality, and push project execution. The ideal candidate will be skilled in client convincing, team management, reporting, target monitoring on spot booking and closure strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive sales conversions through effective client communication and presentations
• Coordinate with designers to ensure design quality and timely delivery
• Conduct site visits for client initial pitch if required
• Push production teams to meet timelines
• Submit regular reports on meetings, KPIs, targets, and closures
• Lead the team to achieve monthly sales and project goals
