About the Role : We are looking for a passionate and data-driven SEO Specialist who excels at optimizing both web and video content an GMB to enhance our online visibility and audience engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in YouTube SEO, content strategy, and Google Analytics, with the ability to craft and execute high-impact SEO campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies across website and YouTube platforms.
• Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap identification.
• Create, edit, and optimize SEO-friendly content (blogs, website pages, video descriptions, and scripts).
• Implement YouTube SEO best practices — optimize titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and playlists for improved visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to develop engaging and optimized digital assets.
• Track and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and TubeBuddy / VidIQ.
• Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve rankings and traffic.
• Stay updated with evolving SEO trends, algorithms, and YouTube optimization techniques.
• Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives to boost overall website health and authority.
