As a Senior Meta Ads Specialist, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns focused on driving sales and conversions.
You’ll be responsible for creating full-funnel Meta strategies (TOFU / MOFU / BOFU), optimizing campaigns for ROAS, and delivering measurable growth across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and scale Meta Ads campaigns (Sales, Conversion, and Catalog campaigns) across geographies for multiple D2C websites.
Develop and implement a full-funnel Meta strategy (TOFU / MOFU / BOFU) to acquire, nurture, and convert customers efficiently.
Optimize campaigns to achieve strong ROAS while maintaining efficient CPA and CPC.
Analyze key metrics — CTR, CPM, CPA, LTV, CAC — and identify opportunities for improvement.
Leverage Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns (ASC) to maximize performance and reach.
Build and refine custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting funnels for effective segmentation.
Implement and maintain Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) tracking to ensure accurate data flow and attribution.
Continuously test new creatives, formats, hooks, and messaging angles to improve CTR and conversion rates.
Use data storytelling to communicate insights, campaign impact, and optimization plans to cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with design, CRO, and analytics teams to improve landing page experience and conversion paths.
Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends, attribution updates, and algorithm changes to ensure continuous campaign efficiency.
Qualification
3–7 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling Meta Ads for D2C or eCommerce websites.
Proven success in sales and conversion campaigns with strong ROAS and profitability.
Deep understanding of Advantage+ Shopping, Catalog Ads, Dynamic Product Ads, and full funnel Meta strategies.
Strong analytical mindset — confident in interpreting data from Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and attribution models.
Experience building and optimizing custom and lookalike audiences based on first-party data and behavioral insights.
Proficiency in Meta Pixel setup, CAPI integration, and event prioritization.
Familiarity with LTV, CAC, MER, and how they influence scaling decisions.
Strong collaboration skills and a data-backed approach to problem-solving.
Experience working with international D2C markets is a plus.
