The Opportunity

We are seeking a Research Intern to conduct surveys on customer preferences and gather statistical data to support informed decision-making regarding products, pricing, promotions, and more. The role involves proactively calling and engaging with customers under various scenarios to gather, analyze, and assess their feedback effectively.

Responsibilities for:

• Collecting data on consumers, competitors, and the marketplace and consolidating information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.

• Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences.

• Compiling and analyzing statistical data using modern and traditional methodstocollect it.

• Perform valid and reliable market research, SWOT analysis.

• Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations.

• Use online marketing research and catalog findings to databases.

• Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation.

• Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that the data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct.

• Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties' research, and implement best practices.

• Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends.

• Assist in the development of marketing plans.

• Conduct research on specific market conditions.

• Analyze consumer preferences to determine the potential sales of a product or service.

• Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies.

• Devise and evaluate methods for data collection.

• Gather data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts, and other visual aids.
