Job Overview :

The Senior Logistics Specialist - Customs Clearance is responsible for managing and executing import / export operations, ensuring compliance with Indian customs regulations, and coordinating with broker, freight forwarder, internal and external stakeholders to guarantee timely and accurate shipment clearance.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties :

Customs Operations :

• Oversee end-to-end customs clearance for import / export shipments.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and port authorities.
• Ensure accurate documentation (B / L, P / L, Invoice, licenses, and certificates) and necessary information (PO, price, terms) for goods import to ensure all are compliance with customs requirement.
• Monitor and maintain valid import / export licenses.
