Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Trainee

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic BDE Trainee to join our IT services team. The candidate will be responsible for learning business development strategies, client communication, and supporting sales activities during the training period.

Training Duration:

• 6 Months Training Period
• Based on performance, candidates will be offered a full-time role

Working Hours:

• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities
• Assist in lead generation through various platforms (LinkedIn, portals, etc.)
• Communicate with potential clients via email, calls, and messages
• Support in preparing proposals and presentations
• Maintain client database and follow-ups
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team

Requirements:

• Any graduate (IT/Marketing preferred)
• Fresher candidates are welcome
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of sales/business development
• Willingness to learn and grow in IT sales

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of IT services
• Familiarity with MS Office and online tools
• Strong interest in sales and client handling
