Level: Senior Manager / Associate Director

Location: Gurugram (Sector 67)

Experience: 7–12 Years

Role Overview

We're looking for a business-first People Partner to drive talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness across multiple business units.

This role goes beyond traditional HR—you will partner closely with business leaders to solve real business problems through people interventions, strengthen leadership pipelines, and build a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with business goals
  • Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning and leadership development
  • Design and implement high-impact L&D programs focused on behavioral and mindset shifts
  • Identify and develop critical talent across functions and business units
  • Lead org design, workforce planning, and capability-building initiatives
  • Act as a strategic advisor on performance management, employee engagement, and culture
  • Diagnose organizational challenges and implement data-driven interventions
  • Influence and drive change across levels in a fast-paced, evolving environment

What We're Looking For

  • 7–12 years of experience in HRBP / People Partner roles
  • Strong business acumen and experience working with leadership teams
  • Proven track record in talent development, L&D, and org interventions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive change

  • Candidates looking for purely operational HR roles
  • Preference for rigid, policy-driven environments over dynamic problem-solving
  • Limited exposure to business partnering or stakeholder management
