Role Overview
We're looking for a Junior Brand Strategist with 2+ years of agency experience who can turn insights into sharp, compelling brand stories and narratives. You'll work across campaigns, launches, and long-term brand building, bringing clarity, originality, and cultural relevance to everything you touch.

What you'll do
Lead brand strategy across key accounts and campaigns
Translate business problems into powerful brand narratives
Build positioning, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks
Decode audience insights, trends, and cultural shifts
Collaborate with creative, digital, and content teams to bring ideas alive
Present strategy with confidence—internally and to clients
Shape pitch strategies and new business opportunities
What we're looking for
2+ years in a branding/advertising agency
Strong portfolio of brand strategy work (campaigns, positioning, launches)
Clear thinking. Sharp writing. Strong storytelling
Ability to connect data, culture, and creativity
Confident presenter and client-facing experience
Someone who questions briefs, not just follows them
Bonus if you
Have worked on integrated campaigns (digital + offline)
Understand youth, culture, and emerging trends
Can bring a distinctive strategic voice to the table
