Food & Beverage Captain

F&B CAPTAIN - Loco Otro, Pune

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the team and set service standards from guest arrival to departure
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service with personalised recommendations
• Build rapport with guests and ensure their needs are met promptly
• Provide menu expertise, explaining dishes and ingredients confidently
• Manage floor operations and coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams
• Train, mentor, and motivate junior staff
• Handle guest concerns and special requests efficiently
• Maintain health and safety standards in food and beverage service
• Execute opening and closing procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years experience as F&B Captain or supervisor
• Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Guest centered approach with natural ability to connect with people
• Quick problem-solving skills with professionalism and grace
• Ability to work under pressure and lead during busy shifts
• Experience with POS systems is a plus
