Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reception Manager, based in Pune. The Reception Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional managing daily receptionist and daily operation duties, organizing schedules, managing other emoloyees. Key responsibilities include managing front-desk operations, other employees and ensuring overall BUSINESS OPERATIONS. The role requires a professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Service and a strong focus on maintaining Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication capabilities to interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Experience in handling Receptionist Duties and managing front-desk operations
• Strong Organization Skills to manage scheduling, appointments, and administrative tasks efficiently
• Proactive attitude, team collaboration skills, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office management software
• Bachelor's degree or a diploma in Hospitality, Administration, or related fields preferred
