  • experience in marketing roles, especially in the translation, localization, or related industries.
  • Evaluate familiarity with both online and offline marketing strategies.

Digital Marketing Skills :

  • experience with SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure campaign performance.

Content Creation Ability :

  • Review writing samples to gauge the quality and adaptability of content for various platforms and audiences.
  • experience in creating marketing collateral such as case studies, blogs, and newsletters.

Project Management Experience

  • ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).

Communication Skills :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Gauge understanding of localization and cultural nuances.
  • Experience in adapting marketing materials for different markets.
  • Assess ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to improve marketing strategies.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics.

Creative Problem-Solving

  • Good approach towards challenges and generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and understanding ROI metrics.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, especially with sales and product teams.
  • Evaluate familiarity with marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM platforms, email marketing software, social media management tools).

Event Planning Experience

  • Experience in organizing marketing events, webinars, or trade shows.

Adaptability

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends and tools, especially in a rapidly evolving industry.
