Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Housekeeping Supervisor role, based in Noida. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily cleaning and maintenance operations, supervise housekeeping staff, and maintain cleanliness standards across the facility. Responsibilities include inventory management for cleaning supplies and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves direct interaction with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, with experience in managing and guiding housekeeping teams effectively.
• Knowledge and experience in Laundry procedures and Housekeeping operations.
• Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure a high standard of service delivery and satisfaction.
• Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with team members and addressing internal requests.
• Familiarity with health and safety compliance standards and resource management.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively in operational settings.
• Previous experience in a hospital, hotel, or wellness facility environment is advantageous.
