Job descriptionJob Description - Property Leasing Manager Locations :- Bengaluru / Mysore Property Leasing Manager – Gopalan Workspace (Fully Managed Offices) The Property Leasing Manager at Gopalan Workspace plays a pivotal role in positioning the brand as a leading fully managed office solutions provider in Bengaluru. The role focuses on driving occupancy across Gopalan's commercial portfolio by delivering customized, enterprise-grade workspace solutions to global and domestic clients. This position will report directly to Vice President – Commercial & Workspace Business. Key Responsibilities: - Drive leasing of fully managed office spaces across Gopalan's key assets such as - Global Axis, Fortune City, and other commercial developments - Source and close large-format deals with MNCs, GCCs, and high-growth companies - seeking scalable, plug-and-play office environments - Build and strengthen relationships with leading IPCs (JLL, CBRE, Colliers, Knight - Frank, Cushman & Wakefield) and channel partners to ensure consistent deal flow - Understand client requirements in depth and coordinate with design, projects, and - Operations teams to deliver customized workspace solutions - Lead commercial negotiations, deal structuring, and closure of lease agreements in - line with company objectives - Prepare high-quality, customized RFP responses aligned to client requirements, - clearly articulating Gopalan Workspace's differentiated offering - Develop impactful and meaningful PowerPoint presentations to effectively - communicate workspace concepts, commercials, and value propositions to clients - Position Gopalan Workspace as a premium, ESG-aligned managed office platform - with strong infrastructure and integrated amenities - Track Bengaluru market trends (ORR, Whitefield, North Bangalore) and align leasing - strategies accordingly - Ensure faster turnaround of deals through proactive client engagement and strong - Internal coordination Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong expertise in commercial leasing and managed workspace solutions - Proven ability to handle large enterprise clients and complex deal structuring - Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills - Ability to create client-centric RFPs and persuasive presentations that improve - conversion rates - Deep understanding of Bengaluru office market dynamics - Financial acumen for pricing, ROI analysis, and revenue optimization Ideal Experience: - 3–6 years in commercial real estate leasing, coworking, or managed office platforms. - Experience working with developers or reputed IPCs - Track record of closing large office leasing transactions (50,000+ sq. ft. preferred) - Strong experience in Corporate / Institutional Sales, with proven engagement and - Relationship management with Corporate Real Estate Heads, Facility Heads and HR Heads What Differentiates This Role at Gopalan Workspace: - Opportunity to work on large-format campuses with significant annual leasing scale - Exposure to building "campus-style, fully managed environments" for global clients - Strong focus on customization, speed-to-market, and tenant experience - Platform to engage with marquee clients across diverse sectors
