Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our US Staffing business. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in acquiring and managing MSP, SOW, and direct client relationships within the US staffing ecosystem, driving sales and building long-term partnerships. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead from the front and consistently deliver revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities across MSP, SOW, and direct client models in the US staffing market
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through continuous engagement
• Lead end-to-end client onboarding and ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and industry connections
• Track market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Represent the organization in client discussions and drive business conversations
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development within US Staffing
• Proven track record of acquiring MSP, SOW, and direct client engagements
• Strong understanding of US staffing processes and market dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in client onboarding and stakeholder management
• Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness and ability to work in US time zones
