Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable individual to manage and reconcile online sales across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with marketplace reconciliations, settlement tracking, and strong knowledge of e-commerce financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile online sales from marketplaces and quick commerce platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto (Mandatory).
• Record marketplace sales accurately in the books of accounts.
• Ensure all settlements are received as per the agreed rate cards and highlight discrepancies.
• Manage and process settlements through the Amazon Vendor Portal, including VRET and CoGS understanding.
• Perform reconciliation of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) website sales.
• Handle TDS reconciliation and reimbursement tracking.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in payments, settlements, and deductions.
• Maintain proper documentation and reports for all reconciliations.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable or e-commerce finance.
• Strong knowledge of marketplace reconciliation (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc. ).
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
