Role Overview

As a Strategy Intern, you will work directly with the Leadership Team to drive key business initiatives, generate actionable insights, and support execution of high-impact projects.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and growth, making it ideal for someone who is analytical, structured, and highly execution-driven.

You will gain firsthand exposure to decision-making in a fast-scaling startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Analyze business performance metrics and derive actionable insights
• Support strategic planning and execution of key initiatives across functions
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment with business goals
• Track and report progress on high-priority projects and company-level OKRs
• Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and reports for leadership and investors
• Evaluate partnerships, expansion opportunities, and new business models
• Contribute ideas to improve process efficiency, GTM strategies, and overall business performance
• Maintain high confidentiality and professionalism in all founder-level communications

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Management, or Marketing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
• Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and initiative
• Interest in consumer tech, marketplaces, or social impact businesses is a plus
