Job description

1. Product Listing & Optimization

Ensure all products are listed with high-quality images, compelling descriptions, and optimized keywords.

Conduct A / B testing for product titles, bullet points, and descriptions.

Regularly update product information based on trends and customer feedback.

2. Advertising & Promotions

Manage Marketplace-Amazon PPC and Flipkart ads to maintain a low ACOS.

Run targeted promotions, coupons, and Lightning Deals to boost conversions.

Manage Quickcommerce advertising and marketing

Optimize ad spend by analyzing ROAS and campaign performance.

3. Order Management & Fulfillment

Ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery through FBA and Flipkart’s logistics.

Minimize order cancellations and delays by maintaining inventory levels.

Work with the fulfillment team to streamline logistics and reduce costs.

4. Inventory & Stock Management

Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Forecast demand based on sales trends and seasonal variations.

Coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.

5. Pricing & Competitive Analysis

Implement dynamic pricing strategies to stay competitive.

Track competitor listings, pricing, and promotions.

Adjust pricing based on sales performance and market trends.

6. Customer Engagement & Support

Respond to customer queries, reviews, and complaints promptly.

Manage returns and refunds efficiently to maintain customer trust.

Implement strategies to increase positive reviews and ratings.

7. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track key metrics like sales, conversion rates, ACOS, ROAS, and customer reviews.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketplace performance.

Use insights to refine strategies and improve performance.

8. Marketplace Compliance & Policy Adherence

Ensure compliance with Amazon & Flipkart policies to avoid account suspensions.

Stay updated with marketplace algorithm changes and new features.

Handle intellectual property issues and maintain brand protection.

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving ROI-driven growth through campaign optimization
  • Expertise in campaign management, keyword research, and audience targeting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding team members
