requires capabilities of providing analytical insights and recommendations in designing, delivering, and executing projects related to Forecasting. Dependent on the specific responsibilities mentioned below, it involves interaction with Headquarter and affiliates / regions in support of decision-making and strategy development. A key focus in the role is to lead a team of forecasters through the process of long- and short-term forecast, ad hoc requests by mentoring and guiding them to ensure that business objectives are met in the most efficient and effective manner. Drive and optimize key processes in the department, such as situation analysis and brand partner meetings, USA LAAD data analysis for diabetes, CV, and obesity therapy areas. Mentoring / Guiding team and drive new capabilities within the team. Ensure and lead the preparation of high-quality Forecasts & patients analytics projects as 60 : 40 Drive patient analytics, LAAD Data, APLD Data, Predictive modelling, sITA analysis, Breadth and depth analysis, patient journey analysis capabilities within team Proficient in machine learning techniques with experience in designing models (clustering, decision trees, survival analysis). Advance Forecasting techniques such and Time series, ARIMA, AI&ML into inline brands, statistical modelling, patient-based modelling. Establish and maintain business partnership with key stakeholders and responsible for Employee health and safety within team. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications : Master’s degree, preferably in Life Sciences, (business, engineering, natural sciences). 10+ years’ experience in industry and / or as consultant, preferably within patients analytics & forecasting. Fluency in written and spoken English. Proven experience in preparing high-quality forecasts and market analyses. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
