IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Relationship Manager-First Wealth in Delhi. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the First Wealth portfolio of the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential First Wealth clients
Understand the financial needs and goals of clients and provide them with suitable investment solutions
Achieve sales targets and contribute towards the growth of the First Wealth portfolio
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide clients with updates on their investments
Collaborate with other teams within the bank to cross-sell products and services to clients
Stay updated with market trends and provide clients with timely investment advice
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking, wealth management, or sales
Strong knowledge of investment products and financial markets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of local market and customer preferences in Delhi is preferred
