Job Title : PEGA E2E Testing Senior Engineer

Location : Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune

Experience Level : 6 years to 10 years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PEGA E2E Testing Senior Engineer to lead end-to-end testing efforts for Pega applications. The role involves planning, designing, and executing test strategies to ensure Pega solutions meet business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Pega testing, automation frameworks, and integration testing, with the ability to guide junior testers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of software testing experience, with at least 3+ years in Pega E2E testing.
• Strong understanding of Pega PRPC applications, workflows, and case management.
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, PegaUnit, JUnit, Cucumber, TestNG).
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and validating backend data.
• Solid knowledge of API testing (REST / SOAP) and system integrations.
• Experience with test management tools (JIRA, ALM, qTest, or similar).
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Pega CSSA and Pega Decision Lead certifications a must (CDH).
