Immigration Consultant

Job Description:

Elation Visas is looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Callers (Freshers) with good English communication skills. This role is ideal for candidates who want to start their career in the immigration and overseas education industry. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a key role in generating leads and scheduling consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound inquiries.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English to explain services offered by Elation Visas.
• Understand client requirements related to visas, immigration, and overseas opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads, and fix appointments for senior counselors.
• Maintain accurate call records and client details in the system.
• Follow up with interested clients and provide basic information as guided by the team.
• Meet daily calling targets and quality standards.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email).
