Job Overview:

Own day-to-day production operations allocation, WIP control, handoffs, SLAs, and issue resolution across pods. You ensure the production line runs predictably at high volume without quality drift. This role is critical to maintaining speed with standards across the Content Factory

Role Description:

• Run daily allocation: assign work across editors/designers/creators based on capacity and priority
• Maintain WIP control and handoffs across Creation Assembly QA Upload; prevent bottlenecks
• Own daily standups and end-of-day closures; maintain backlog hygiene and next-day readiness
• Enforce SOPs (naming, versioning, file routing, export specs) and escalate deviations early
• Unblock operational issues: missing inputs, unclear briefs, spec changes, tool/process failures
• Coordinate with QA Manager on defect trends; drive root-cause fixes and training
• Own operational metrics and reporting; flag capacity gaps and propose staffing/shift changes
• Monitor SLA adherence and proactively manage risks before escalation

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3–7 years in content/agency production operations or post-production ops (high-volume environment)
• Strong WIP and throughput mindset; comfortable being strict on process discipline
• Excellent Google Sheets / Excel skills; ability to run allocation models and ops dashboards
• Strong understanding of workflow pipelines (Creation Edit QA Delivery)
• Clear, assertive communication; able to coordinate cross-functionally and hold teams accountable
• Prior experience managing or coordinating teams of at least 15–30 members in a high-volume production or operations environment.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-output environments

Additional Skills:

• Experience running an 'assembly line' workflow for performance creatives
• Familiarity with Meta / TikTok /Instagram creative specs and ad production constraints
• Experience with tools like Asana / Jira / Notion, Frame.io, Slack
• Basic understanding of creative quality benchmarks and approval workflows
