Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Selenium Automation Engineer with expertise in Java to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in automation testing and a strong understanding of Java programming.
Your background
- 6+ years of experience in a software development environment as an Automation tester with expertise in QA processes.
- Excellent testing skills and knowledge of test planning, processes, and execution with the ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of the software development life cycle and quality processes.
- Strong hands-on experience in writing automated tests using Java, TestNG, Selenium and Rest Assured
- Knowledge on Git or similar repository, Maven and Reporting frameworks
- Strong demonstrable knowledge of OOP concepts and the Java programming language
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Knowledge in ticket tracking tools such as JIRA
- Assist the development team in debugging and reproducing reported issues.
- Apply problem solving and analytical skills to characterize and diagnose complex issues.
- Skilled in issue identification, documentation, tracking and resolution.
- Knowledge of Jenkins and JMeter is a plus.
