We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter who has proven experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for both BPO (voice, non-voice, travel, logistics, support) and IT roles (developers, designers, QA, PMs, etc.). The ideal candidate should be confident in managing fast-paced hiring cycles, working with stakeholders, and delivering quality talent within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition – IT & BPO
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle : sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, negotiation, and closure.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal database, references, and recruitment campaigns.
- Hire for IT roles such as : Developers (PHP, MERN, React, Laravel, WordPress), QA, Designers, PMs, and other tech roles.
- Hire for BPO roles : Customer Support, Travel Process, SME, TL, Quality Analyst, WFM, Inbound / Outbound, Backend Ops, etc.
2. Screening & Evaluation
Conduct preliminary telephonic / online screening to assess candidate communication, skills, experience, and cultural fit.Share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers and coordinate interview schedules.3. Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with department heads, project managers, and HR team to understand job requirements.Provide regular updates about recruitment progress and maintain transparent communication.4. Offer Management & Onboarding Support
Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, acceptance follow-ups, and joining confirmations.Ensure smooth coordination with HR for documentation and onboarding.5. Recruitment Reporting
Maintain trackers for open positions, candidate pipeline, interview feedback, and hiring status.Provide weekly and monthly hiring reports to management.Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR recruitment.Mandatory experience in both BPO and IT hiring.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple open positions at once.Experience in working with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).Good understanding of market trends and salary benchmarks.Ability to work under deadlines and deliver quality hires.Preferred Attributes
