About the Role :
We are seeking passionate and driven Non-IT and Light Industrial Recruiters with a strong understanding of the US staffing industry . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for light industrial, clerical, administrative, manufacturing, and logistics roles for US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source, identify, and qualify candidates through job boards (Indeed, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, etc.), social media, and internal databases.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to understand client requirements and job specifications.
- Conduct candidate screening and assess suitability for various light industrial and non-IT roles.
- Negotiate pay rates and coordinate onboarding and compliance documentation.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS regularly.
- Achieve weekly and monthly placement and submission targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Requirements :
1–4 years of experience in US Staffing (Non-IT or Light Industrial domains).Proven experience working with US clients, vendors, or MSP programs.Strong sourcing skills using multiple job portals and networking platforms.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Willingness to work in US night shift (EST / CST / PST hours).Familiarity with ATS systems and compliance documentation.
