Team Lead, Canadian Talent Acquisition

We are seeking two experienced Canadian Recruiters and one Team Lead to join our team.

Key Requirements :

• Proven experience in the Canadian recruitment market
• Prior exposure to working with clients such as :
• Government of Alberta
• Ministry of Ontario
• Government of New Brunswick, etc.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian tax terms and visa processes
• Excellent communication skills and professional stability in previous roles
• For the Team Lead role : demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams effectively
