Recruiter

Position: Recruiter Intern (Non-IT)

Location: Work From Home (Must be based in Pune & available as per company requirement)

Employment Type: Part - time Internship

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings on job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Support recruiters in sourcing profiles for Non-IT roles using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Screen resumes based on basic job requirements and share shortlisted profiles with the team.
• Conduct initial coordination calls and collect candidate availability details.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates for feedback and next steps.
• Maintain candidate details, interview status, and trackers in Excel or ATS.
• Communicate regularly with candidates to keep them informed about interview progress.
• Support the recruitment team in day-to-day hiring activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Management, or any related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
• Basic understanding of IT and Non-IT roles (training will be provided).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, and MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to multitask, follow instructions, and meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
