At the same time, for Tier 1 and Tier 2 publishers, where operational expertise already exists, our focus shifts to delivering high-quality, differentiated demand that drives incremental revenue and improves yield performance. Role Description We are looking for a Publisher Sales Manager to drive supply growth by onboarding high-quality web, mobile app, and CTV publishers, primarily in the United States and other Tier 1 geographies. This role is critical to scaling our supply-side footprint and requires a strong understanding of programmatic advertising, publisher monetization, and outbound sales. Key Responsibilities - Identify, prospect, and onboard premium publishers (web, in-app, CTV) in Tier 1 markets. - Build and manage a strong pipeline via cold outreach, LinkedIn, industry events, and referrals. - Own the end-to-end sales cycle: outreach → pitch → negotiation → closure → onboarding. - Pitch programmatic monetization solutions including RTB integrations, header bidding, SDK and yield optimization strategies. - Work closely with AdOps teams to ensure seamless integration and performance. - Track and optimize publisher performance using metrics like QPS, fill rate, win rate, eCPM, and revenue. - Build long-term relationships with publishers to drive retention and revenue growth. - Stay updated with industry trends (privacy, identity solutions, SSPs, market sentiments etc.). Key Requirements - 3+ years of experience in publisher sales / supply acquisition in AdTech. - Proven experience working with Tier 1 publishers (US preferred). - Strong understanding of Programmatic ecosystem (SSP, DSP, Ad Exchange) - Strong understanding of RTB, header bidding, Prebid, GAM - Strong understanding of Metrics like CPM, fill rate, latency, bid rate - Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet revenue/supply targets. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Existing publisher network is a big plus.
