skilled and experienced R&D Specialist with relevant experience in formulations, production batch
handling, stability assessment, and other aspects of cosmeceutical product development.
Position Overview: As an R&D Specialistspecializing in formulations and production, you will play a
pivotal role in the research, development, and production of Vedic cosmeceutical products. With a
focus on quality, innovation, and adherence to Vedic principles, you will contribute to the success of
our unique product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
 Formulation Development: Lead the formulation development process, incorporating Vedic
principles and natural ingredients into cosmeceutical products. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create effective, safe, and aesthetically pleasing formulations.
 Production Batch Handling: Oversee the production scale-up of formulated products,
ensuring a seamlesstransition from lab-scale to commercial production. Collaborate with
manufacturing teams to optimize production processes and troubleshoot any issues.
 Supervise Stability Assessments: Overlook stability studies to assess the shelf-life, efficacy,
and safety of formulated products. Implement protocols to monitor and evaluate stability
throughout the product lifecycle.
 Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of formulations, production
processes, and stability studies. Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory
submissions and internal audits.
 Research Collaboration: Engage with external experts, herbalists, and research partners to
enhance the authenticity and efficacy of Vedic cosmeceutical formulations.
Desired Qualifications:

 4+ years of experience in a similar role within the cosmeceutical or skincare industry
 Proven expertise in formulating cosmeceutical products, focusing on the latest ingredients
 Hands-on experience in handling production batches and troubleshooting production-related
issues
 Strong knowledge of stability assessment protocols and industry standards
 Familiarity with regulatory requirements for cosmeceutical product development
 Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
