Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Calendar:
  • Plan and manage monthly social media calendars focusing on new launches, campaigns, and core product visibility.
  • Schedule posts and stories using tools like Instagram Insights and Social Bakers to optimize engagement.
  • Content Creation & Innovation:
  • Develop fresh and creative content ideas aligned with both BAU (Business as Usual) and launch campaigns.
  • Experiment with new content formats to maintain relevance and drive audience interaction.
  • Create shoot decks and lead execution for campaign shoots.
  • Coordination:
  • Collaborate with Brand Building, Design, and Central Marketing teams for product launches, sales campaigns, and cross-brand initiatives.
  • Manage collaborations to ensure alignment with brand tone and strategy.
  • Inclusivity & Diversity:
  • Plan and execute inclusive and diverse social media content across all platforms to reflect brand values.
  • Production & Launch Creative Direction:
  • Lead and oversee creative direction for shoots and campaign launches, ensuring visual and strategic alignment with brand objectives.
  • Performance Analysis:
  • Use analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and extract actionable insights for optimization.
