Hiring | AVP Business Analyst (Data Analyst) – Pune

We are looking for an experienced AVP Business Analyst (Data Analyst) to drive data strategy, enable business growth, and optimize operations through actionable insights.

Experience: 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data-driven initiatives aligned with business goals and risk frameworks.
• Define, prioritize, and implement data use cases and business data products.
• Ensure strong data governance, quality, and risk controls.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and business teams to translate needs into solutions.
• Perform data analysis, communicate insights clearly, and influence decision-making.
• Monitor KPIs and recommend improvements.

Ideal Profile:

• Experience in Business Analysis / Product Ownership in Data Analytics.
• Proficient in Agile tools (JIRA, Trello) and UAT.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's in Business, Data Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of financial crime domain is a plus.
