Role Overview

We are hiring an Eyewear Trend Analyst to research, analyze, and forecast trends in sunglasses and optical frames. The role involves converting global fashion and consumer trends into commercial eyewear designs aligned with the brand's vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Research global & Indian eyewear and sunglasses trends (frame shapes, colors, materials, finishes)
• Track trends through fashion weeks, eyewear expos, social media & trend platforms
• Conduct competitor analysis (designs, pricing, SKUs, collections)
• Create trend decks, mood boards, color & material stories
• Translate trends into product concepts and design briefs
• Collaborate with design, product development & marketing teams
• Monitor consumer preferences across online & offline channels
• Support seasonal and capsule eyewear collections

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in trend research / fashion research / eyewear research
• Strong understanding of eyewear aesthetics & construction
• Ability to analyze shapes, materials, lenses & detailing
• Proficient in Canva / PowerPoint / Google Slides
• Familiarity with Instagram, Pinterest, Google Trends, WGSN (preferred)
• Strong research, analytical & presentation skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience in sunglasses or optical eyewear brands
• Knowledge of fashion accessories consumer behavior
• Exposure to product development or vendor coordination
