Location: Delhi NCR (Hybrid / Remote-friendly)

We are building an early-stage hospitality and travel experience startup focused on curated journeys, events, immersive storytelling, and community-driven travel — supported by technology.

At this foundational stage, we are looking for a Co-Founder who brings a hospitality-led mindset, strong ownership, and long-term commitment to help shape and scale the venture.

What we're looking for

• Experience or strong interest in hospitality, travel, or events
• Understanding of guest experience, travel operations, vendor or partner management
• Ability to work hands-on in a lean, early-stage startup
• Passion for storytelling, community building, and experiential travel
• Collaborative leadership style and comfort with ambiguity
• Willingness to commit long-term and grow with the business
• Openness to contributing a small pre-seed investment is a plus, but not mandatory

Your role will involve

• Shaping hospitality experiences, offerings, and partnerships
• Supporting vendor onboarding, alliances, and operations
• Contributing to brand, storytelling, and community initiatives
• Working closely with the founder on strategy, execution, and growth
