We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Freelance Business Analyst Trainer to conduct high-quality weekend training sessions. The ideal candidate will have solid industry experience as a Business Analyst and a proven track record in delivering impactful training sessions to aspiring professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live, interactive weekend training sessions on Business Analysis concepts and tools.

• Deliver practical, industry-relevant training using real-life use cases and case studies.

• Cover all key BA tools and practices including:

• JIRA

• Agile / Scrum methodologies

• SDLC

• Kanban

• Confluence

• BRD & FRD preparation

• Design and deliver session plans, assignments, and mock project exercises.

• Provide guidance on career paths, interview preparation, and BA certifications.

• Address student queries and support their learning journey effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in the IT/Tech domain.

• Prior experience in training or mentoring individuals or corporate teams.

• Strong command of BA tools and frameworks.

• Familiarity with Agile environments and product/project management practices.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to commit to weekend-only training schedules (Saturdays & Sundays).
