Company Description
Samarth Early Intervention Center specializes in ABA-based therapy for children with autism and their families. Established in 2013, the center supports children from under 2 years to 18 years of age using evidence-based methodologies. The core focus areas include enhancing verbal and non-verbal communication skills, improving interaction skills, encouraging meaningful play, and addressing challenging behaviors. With a trauma-informed care approach and intensive therapy structure, Samarth ensures a supportive environment for effective learning. Family involvement through training and support is emphasized to aid in the child's development at home and in the community.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Behavioral Therapist. The Behavioral Therapist will work with children with autism, implementing customized treatment plans based on ABA methodologies. Daily tasks include conducting therapy sessions, assessing progress, addressing challenging behaviors, and improving communication, social, and play engagement skills. The therapist will also collaborate with families, training them in ABA techniques, and participate in team meetings to discuss and refine treatment plans.
