About the Role
The Front Office – Admissions professional will be the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff. The role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to maintain a positive, welcoming, and professional school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome parents, visitors, teachers, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
Handle admission inquiries at the front desk, calls, and emails.
Guide parents on admission procedures and coordinate with the admissions team.
Maintain visitor registers and ensure proper entry protocols.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls and correspondence.
Support the admission team with documentation and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth front office operations.
Ensure the reception area is presentable, organized, and positive at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in front office/reception/admissions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Professional etiquette and customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly and efficiently.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
