Apprentice- Legal

Your Role

As an Intern, you will work with General Legal Counsel and the legal team on drafting and assisting in negotiating various

contracts.

A Day in the Life

• Assisting in drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents under supervision
  
  

Engaging with internal stakeholders or clients to gather information and provide support on legal matters.

• Support the team in the review of vendor contracts such as NDA, Amendments, MSA and SOWs
• Provide legal opinion on company policies and processes under supervision
• Regulatory research and compliance
• Liaise with internal counsel on contracts, compliance, disputes, IP related matters etc
• Drive efficiency in contracting and other legal processes
  
  

What You Need

• Law degree (L.L.B. or equivalent) from a reputable law university, with excellent academic achievement
• Eligible to enroll under NATS (Board of Apprenticeship Training) as a Graduate Apprentice
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and adaptive to using new digital tools or platforms
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• A willingness to learn, with a proactive and responsible attitude
• Open to collaboration with cross-functional teams and receptive to guidance from mentors
